Adhering to the goal of “zero defects,” Bondo Truck Technology Ltd focuses on the top 100 projects with the highest number of claims. By extracting key points and promoting them throughout the company, it has built a rigorous quality management system. In the first three quarters, 31 new products were dynamically added to the project list, with 21 products incorporated into the top 100 projects and 10 products newly added. The on-site implementation rate of measures reached 98%.
Simultaneously, it further carried out special actions for process diagnosis and zero-kilometer quality problem investigation. Based on the identified quality problems, the assembly quality of each team was ranked. Through a clear reward and punishment system, quality responsibility was strengthened, and employees’ quality awareness was improved.
